Check your breasts (I.e. get to know them) just after your period to feel for any abnormalities.
Also make a yearly appointment at your gynecologist or doctor so that they can also perform a breast exam.
The best way to have your breasts checked is to get a mammogram done. but usually doctors only do it when they notice that you have unusual bumps.
Go to the doctor and have them give you a breast exam. The only way you will know for sure.
Feel for lumps/abnormalities. If you’re actually really worried, go to the doctor.
