What are some veg. tofu-less food plans?

Hey guys! So finally.. I’ve decided to officially change my eating habits. I’ve done my research but I keep finding food plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner… To involve tofu. I’m just beginning this new change so I’m slowly removing meat and eggs from my list! : ) I do want to limit the amount of eggs I incorporate into my meals, any suggestions? It’d be great if I could get some personal experiences from other starters or someone with experience! This is quite the dramatic change so I want to start healthy- that’s my goal. I’ve tried before but I was never really serious and my meals began to involve only cereal and not real meals. It’d be great to hear your thoughts!
