What are some small acts of kindnezz that I could do?

That’s easy. just say hello in a king manor or just complement them. And start a conversation

Giving up your seat on the bus for an elderly person. Buying the Big Issue to help homeless people. Buying from a charity shop/donating a small amount of money to charity. Saying please and thank you. Smiling at people.

Anything like that. I know what you mean, it makes you feel better. But most of the time people don’t return the kindness. :(

if someone asks you if you could do something for them like your mom asking you to clean your room for example and do it gladly and happily =) umm besides that what lubrightside said that is good advice. ha sorry im kinda blank minded right now.

What I’ve noticed, is that once you decide you want to do small acts of kindness they become more apparent when they come up. Like your conciouness suddenly ‘sees’ them…someone having trouble with packages, an old lady having trouble pushing a cart thru snow in the parking lot, someone at like Home Depot trying to figure out how to get something too heavy in the back of their SUV…so MANY small things that are seemingly invisible until you decide to see them…
