What are blood cotting

erm I a bit convised what are blood clotting what do they look like I dno if I have had them im young but my period are heavy… (dont worry about that im seeing the doctor next week)

did you read about them relating to your period? if so, than you probably just read about some of the gross-looking tissue-y blood that comes out when you have a heavy period. it’s nothing to worry about, but ask your doctor just to be sure.

blood clots are something serious, but they happen in your body and aren’t related to your heavy periods.

if you are having really heavy periods try checking our information about your diet and your period. some girls bleed more when they drink a lot of milk or whatever.

I’m sure you’re fine, all that blood can be scary but it’s normal. remember to eat lots of leafy green vegetable for calcium and iron and drink lots of water to help with the blood flow when it’s your time of the month.
