you need to realise that at 13 youve only just began to go therough puberty and breats dont just magically poof out of nowere and appear when you reach a certain age like 13 they take YEARS to develop, not days, not weeks, not months…years thats why you need to wait untill your around the age of 18-21 they will have reached there full size by then and you need to realise that you are not your friends everyone develops at different rates and times some people will have big boobs, some will get small boobs some will get them at 13 some will get them later on like a 17 you need to be patient and wait for them to grow a padded bra at your age id say is a bad idea because its not right to be looking for attention on your boobs at such a young age only get them if its affecting your self esteem and you think everyone else has them so you just want to be “normal” and like” everyone else” if its just for attention, dont buy one and padded bras are bras with usually foam in them to make your boobs appear a bit bigger push up bras are bras with foam in the bottom of the cup to push up what you alreday have but you have years of waiting untill theyll reach there full sixe so be patient
