What are these weird things on my sister's feet?

These things have been on my sisters foot for about 2 years she says. We want to see if it’s something we should worry about or something to pass off. I’ll attach a photo to show you. She says it doesn’t itch or hurt. She says it’s just there like a normal blister but they don’t look like normal blisters to any of us in my family.

It looks like a vesicular fungal infection to me - one of a variety of forms of “athlete’s foot”. If so, there are several treatments that are likely to clear it up fairly quickly, including: Daktarin and Mycota.

These are applied to the affected & surrounding areas and are available as a cream, spray, or powder form.

I recommend she washes her feet twice daily with soap and water, dry them thoroughly, then apply the anti-fungal treatment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

She should avoid wearing damp / sweaty footwear as fungal infections thrive in moist conditions. Also, as fungal infections are contagious, she should not share the use of a towel with other members of the family household.

It is usual to continue treatment for about ten days after signs of infection have disappeared.

I recommend that she consults a Doctor for proper assessment of this condition, as it could gradually get worse if left untreated.
