Why do I get this weird feeling in my stomach whenever there is Justin Bieber around?

So it could be butterflies from being star-struck or mesmerised by his talent (though I would question this :D), or perhaps you have a bit of a crush on him. It is probably the latter of those two, but you could test this by listening to other famous artists that you really like and seeing if any of them evoke the same feelings. Then there is also the question of whether or not you find Justin Bieber to be physically or emotionally attractive… If you do, then this would provide further support for the latter of the two alternatives.
