Weird body shape

So I know I’m only 15, but I’m far from self confident and I’m working on improving my body image so I can be happy with who I am. I dont feel “fat” but when I look at other girls my age, I wish I looked like them. I’m 5’3” and I weigh 134lbs. My body is not proportioned at all. I have all the “fat” on my lower belly / love handles but no hips. somehow, the picture doesnt look as bad as it actually is. I have this big belly but no but.. Erg.. I cannot wear any type of swim suit, and I dont know how to sold this problem, help!

You need to do cardio. There is no really effective way to target where you want to lose fat, you can only target where you gain muscle so do A LOT of cardio, running, biking, hiking, whatever you can. Also just to get some toning, I would do a lot of crunches and there are a lot of variations on crunches so look them up. I hope this helps.

I think you have an apple body. You either have an apple or pear in the way of how your body carries weight. for example, im an hourglass shape, so I generally have a small waist and my hips carry most of my fat, and the some other fat in my chest, lmfao -_- but yeah, thats just the way god made you!

dont worry about it im 15 im 5’2 and I weigh 111 but that’s because im pregnant but before I was pregnant I weighed 100 pounds and I still had a tummy its normal and oyu will grow into it there is nothing wrong with having a tummy you will probably grow a bit taller and your stomach will get smaller. But if you still want to lose it here is what I do when I feel a little bit chunky I stop eating a lot at meals instead I eat small amounts of food through out the day and when it comes time to eat a meal I would eat a smaller amount and then after wards have a small snack and when I mean small I dont mean like a pea and carrot I mean like maybe a type of fruit or something like a protein bar just small things like that they help and eat healthy foods I never did before and when I started I lost a lot of weight in only a few months.
