Weight loss without excercise

Ok so im in my final high school year so I have tonnes of work a day and exams curently so I have no time to excercuse but I want to lose weight, any help? I cant really diet my mum is in charge of meals lol

I eat healthy veg and lean meats and salads I have done since iwas 8 I hate chips fries etc so I dont eat them or fast food but I seem to b stuck at one weight :(

Slow metabolism. It’s a curse.

Look, you are going to have to make time to work out. If you work out right, you can eat all you wan and keep about the same weight. And I’ve found when I’m constistantly working out, I don’t get as hungry. The body releases that stored energy, so you don’t need as much.

Take 30 minutes out of your evening(around 7 or 8, so you don’t stay up all night). Do a cuople sets of 10 pushups in 3 second cadences(3 seconds between going down), as this is harder than going as fast as you can. Then do as many situps as you can in a minute, pushing yourself even if it hurts(if you think you have actually hurt yourself, stop so you don’t do any damage). Then do some more pushups, and maybe another set of situps if you are up to it. What I’ve found is that you don’t so much need to lose weight as much as you need to look like you’re losing weight. Tightening that stomach up really helps.
