How to lose this baby weight?

I just had a baby a month ago, and I really want to lose 5olbs by the end of march. What can I do to lose the weight fast?

Im training for Fitness Atlantic in April. This is what I do, I eat 6- 300 calorie meals a day to help speed up my metabolism. I replace 2 of those meals with a high calorie protein bar. I do cardio 6 days a week for 30 min a day. Weight training on each muscle group 5 days a week (different musle group each day) I take an 8 ounce glass of ISS Whey protein shake after each workout. I also just added lipo 6x to my regimen, it helps with appetite cravings and gives me an energy boost for workouts. If you want to loose the weight in as little amount of time as possible you need to commit a strict schedule, also buying these products are not cheap and can add up quickly. Also, most women believe they will bulk up from weight training… not true… women do not have the testoterone men do which makes them get bigger. Are you breastfeeding? That uses up calories and helps you lose. But dont go on a diet or excercise too much, or skip meals because that reduces your healthy milk supply. Thats very important for the first 3 months.

The more frequently you breastfeed and the longer, the quicker you will lose all the extra pounds :)
