I want to lose weight but I can't stick to anything, any advice?

I want to lose weight, and I have tried so many times but I just can not seem to stick to anything! does anyone have advice???

I know what you mean! Im a fatty but, I just can’t lose my big belly! I don’t even know what weight I am. I only know my dress size. We are fat people. We can’t help that.

Go on a vegetarian Diet.

Personally, I’m a vegetarian… and I love energy, I love food that is healthy, I can’t stand food that is junk.

Generally, I am all about animal rights and the environment and that’s why I’m vegetarian, not to lose weight, plus I care a lot about my body and it’s health. I’ve lost over 100 pounds since I ate Meat products and junk food, and I’m glad that I don’t eat that type of food, it has strengthened my mind and body in so many ways.

*eating soy products and veggies is very easy. cutting down on meat is not hard. there are a lot of alternatives like, bolca burgers and veggie hot dogs and turkey slices etc that actually taste liek the real thing…

yeh just do stuff im serius like instead of watching go play basketball if your bored go for a walk nothing hard just to keep your body also dont drink with meals wait ten minutes after you finesh eating and dont eat 3 hours before bedtime also trim to stay away from fried or fast foods an junk youl lose your wate and it wont be hard so you freak and start piging out
