How to lose weight after my second child?

Ok so I am trying to lose weight after my second child and just can’t seem to do it. I tried working out and eating less but wasn’t losing inches. What are some things you have tried or know someone who has that might help me lose weigt and preferably fast. I would love to lose 20 lbs fast.
