I think I may be a little to thin, when im in my fights nothing hurts 2 the head but a body shot feels like its wrecking my insides. I think opponents are noticing my weakness now, could I fatten up without putting on 2 much weight 2 go out of my class? what can I eat?

well mate,doind this healthily is gonna be hard… and yeah.. having a bit of upper body fat is good because you don’t always feel the full impact. (I should know huh lol) but yeah… try things like more foods with more fat in them… but make sure whatever your eating your still training and keeping fit. try things like additional snacks… little things to gain it. also things like full fat things. hope I helped mate

dont fatten up, put some muscle on eat a lot of chicken, and steak(protien)—home cooked, no fast food garbage and if you eat fatty foods, yer not gonna have enough energy to finish yer fights anyway and the biggest thing in a street fight is leg strength… if your opponent cant take you down, your gonna destroy em so do some squats or somethin, or run a lot
