Ok, talking to my ex in England… no Lbs there.. stones… so I weighed myself… 131!?! not cool! so I converted it to stones.. 9.4… gah! I member the last time I converted it for him it was 8.2!

so I told him

and asked him how much he was

and he said about 10

and I know hes bigger than me… but now.. WHAT THE H*LL?!?!

NEED TO LOSE BELLY FAT NOW!!!

for now on, NO BREAD NO POP

Smaller proportions

and excercise plus band camp…

should that get rid of most of it before school starts in september?

I only need to lose belly fat. there isnt any fat anywhere else

how can I burn the fat off tho?

I have more fat than muscle anywhere on my body… if I eat less calories in a day and eat better, do crunches to burn more… it should work a little… right?

I wear skin tight shirts. I cant wear baggy. if I look like im pregnant, people are going to say I am. if I get rid of it. everything is good.

Chill out- no need to cut out things like bread and soda. Just balance it out with fruit, veges and water. If you eat a balanced diet, all is well.

If you want to get toned around the mid section, try doing tummy crunches, or exercises that work your core muscles (abs, etc).

Also remember muscle weighs more than fat- so weight itself isn’t something you should worry about.
