I’m 16.. I’m 5’6” - 5’7” …and I weigh 135 pounds

How do you find 20% of your weight is body fat ???

Either way I’m sure your fine but depending on your frame (small, medium, large)

at 5’4” a healthy weight range is 111-146 pounds …depending on your age
