Ok a couple users oepn my eyes and I wont throw up to lose weight Im now 130lbs and I wanna be at least 110 or less than that because im only 13 and its kinda hard now because my mom is putting a lot of pressure for me to lose weight any ideas on some really good excersizes and or diet plans because I cant do this its really hard I wanna lose 20lbs but I cant please someone help me Give me some really good advice
hula hooping and jump roping for an hour a day will do wonders. eggs and yogurt and a fruit for breakfast. eat big salads for lunch. you’ll be surprized how a small salad can keep you full. chicken breast and a small salad for dinner.
I’m really glad you have rethought bulimia, its just not worth all the horrible things it does to your health.
#1If you truly wanan lose weigh a really good diet for you to try and that I highly recomand.. it the zone diet.. this diet will burn off any excess fat you have… you can buy the books and visit the website.
#2.other simple things you can do to stay in shape are… join sport at school.. join dance.. or simply go for walkss evreyday or run.
#3if your not looking for a serious diet.. start watching your portion size… take a little less of evreything. and stay away from pastas, potatos, ect.. start eating more portein and less carbohardyes.
