I’m 5’6 and 135 - 140. (Mine switches all the time) And, I don’t know. It actually depends if your Male or Female, and your age.

I mean to be honest, that sounds a bit heavy. I’m 5’5, 140 lbs, and im certainly not overly skinny.

145 for someone 5 ft. seems a little to heavy. im 5’4 and 120. but if you look good and healthy, thats all that matttersss!
