you can easily do it plan you could watch your calorie intake do your bmr which tells you how many cals you need a day and than sub 500 for weight loss. and of course go walk for bout 30mins or so 4-5 days a week and cut out fast food.. and you will do it oh and soda if soda drink diet.. and you will do it
exercise daily for about 30 minutes and eat healthy.
PS.PLEASE DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND IT COULD LEAD TO DEATH!!

just do what I do eat what you want but healthy portions and dont eat to many things like cakes and sweets…or fizzy drinks. I do crave them during the weeks but stick them out by giving myself a treat at the weekends.only a small one tho!!
It is actually not that bad to treat yourself once a week. If you enjoy what you eat, your body digests it easier and more proficiently. Eat 4-6x a day but don’t eat more than you usually do at the end of the day. Make breakfast your largest meal and dinner your smallest. If you skip breakfast you will crave junk food and sugar intake. Don’t eat about 2-4 before bed because sleep slows your metabolism down. Be carb consious. Make sure you’re only getting good carbs and that you actually burns the carbs you are getting…good carbs from like apples and veggies. Try to stay away from dairy as much as possible because it is really fattening. Be aware of the hidden calories that you’re eating I.E. per gram of fat=9cal, per gram of protein&carb=4cal, and sugar is very fattening, even splenda.
the best ways to loose good healty FAT and not just weight is to cut your portions down (dont take that second scoop of mashed potatoes or that second piece of pie) and to excersise. Try starting off by doing some stretches and doin some light running (like around the block or up and down the street a few times) and gradually build it up…or if running is not for you try joining a gym but make sure that youre using the equiptment safely and correctly one place that has given me a lot of success is Curves you get a mix of cardio and aerobic excersie and all of their equiptment is hydrolic so its up to you how hard you work…also all of their staff is trained in ever piece so that they can show you how to use it
