Weight...

Okay so according to my doctor I’m at the right weight I’m supposed to be. But I’m at the top of the scale, like if the healthy weight for my body type is about 105-120 I’m around 118. But I know a lot of people that eat like twice as much as me and exercise less, and they weigh less though. Which I don’t particularily get because I eat healthy and am active and they don’t and aren’t really all that much but they’re at say around 105. It’s kinda confusing and a little frustrating. I don’t necesarily feel fat most the time, but I wouldn’t mind losing a few pounds, which isn’t happening. Does anybody know why? Like is it my metabolism or something?

Answer #1

it could be got slow metabolism or stress or just your diet alone like with me no matter how much I eat I cant get fat and plus it could be your hight, your family traditions, even your family genes in general

Answer #2

Hm. I have lots of stress. That’s most likely a big part of it. Argh, curse my genes! Lol…thanks. :)

Answer #3

whats right for them isnt right for you, and vice versa we all come in different shapes and sizes were not all meant to be a size 0 or whatever and not everyone who wants to be think can be as thin as they want it depends on yor genes and body type all you can do is be happy with what youve got
