weight..

in gym class our teacher weighs us and then he says our weight really loud, so it echoes in the gym. it gets pretty embassesing. I know I am the 2nd heveist in the whole class other thatn this one boy. I dont look fat, but I guess I am. I am 13, 5’0, and 116 punds. is this normal? how can I lose weight fst so that he wont think I have problems or smthing vaz im gainging weight rapidly. (im going through puberty I guess). pls help, AND FAST!

well I think you are in the right weight … but if you want you can also try not eatin meat or anything fatenin … only eat vegtables and fruits and drink lots of water … dont drink soda .. stay awaii frum bread and pasta also …

I have some good weight loss tips for ya. Try to cut back on any foods or drinks such as sweets and sodas, but don’t eliminate it, limit it. I say you probably could eat more vegetables and fruits, but don’t cut the meat out, just eat chicken breast or beef or steak with the fat trimmed off. Absolutely no fast food. No fried food. No oily food. No Chinese takeout. Everyday, you can have a piece of chocolate and 100 calories of soda just to get rid of the craving. Eat 1,000 calories per day or lower. Then go outside or treadmill and power walk for 30 mins, then a month after, 1 hour. Lose at least 300-500 calories per day and you are guaranteed to lose around 8 pounds per month. Hey, it worked for me. Lost 30 pounds and increased metabolism, energy, and leg muscles. Any questions as me I guess.

Sounds to me like that teacher need some sensitivity training and should not teach until he/she gets it.

It’s a type of bullying that is outlawed in most states.

Not knowing you or your situation all I can tell you is that some young people are heavy as youngsters and then have a growth spurt. They seem to grow into their weight.
