I weigh 171 and im only 14. I cant figure out how to lose weight . Everyone thinks I shouldnt lose weight but I want to. I dance almost evey day. I walk a lot and I also have h.o.p.e class. But I still cant lose that nasty body fat.

I had almost the same problem, I weightd 159 and was 14 years old, now in 5 months I’ve lost 22 pounds, what you gotta do is do atleast 1 hr of exersice a day, eat just 1 carbohydrate on each midday food, at least 3 vegetables on the midday food and eat lots of fruits
