Is my weight bad?

I’m 15 and I weight 165 is that bad

It depends on many factors. How tall are you? Are you small medium or large boned? Are you male or female? Do you work out? What is your fat to lean muscle ratio? I am 5’9” tall and weigh 215 pounds. If you go by the doctor’s charts I am considered obese. Now take into account that I worked out with weights five days per week, I kick box and do Brazilian jujitsu and my body fat is around 10%. If you consider these facts I’m not exactly overweight or obese. So it really depends on many factors.

wow… that soo reminds me of myself.. last year in grade 9 (age 15, weight 165)… I wasn’t the worrying type about my weight and all, but once this guy I kinda liked told me that I was fat.. I took it to heart, and started to think about my body.. I then hated the way I looked and wanted to lose weight.. all I mainly did was eat healthier and workout.. and now I’m happy with my new body… now in high school grade 10 (age 16, weight 130)

I’m not really sure about you though, it depends on your height and stuff, but my doctor told me I was 35 pounds overweight… I guess you kinda have to go see your doctor, I know it might be embarrassing, but it’s worth knowing for sure.. I know this because then you’ll know the truth and thats what got me motivated to lose weight..
