how do I make a good website, put the website to go on to. PLEASE ANSWER!

There are plenty of resources to help you get started.
The place to start would be any site that has free hosting. Examples would be geocities, yahoo, lycos. You can find a blogging site like blogger.com or livejournal.com. Start there, and read the resources out there.
