Does anyone know how to personally design a website
I did a website that you get tutoring online for called Bluevoda.com. It does cost about $9 a month so if you are going to really need it then it's a good start for begginers and it isn't too expensive. I couldn't have it do what I wanted so I had to go with a template for my new website. When you have multiple pages and too many graphics you'll want something in php rather than regular html.
if you want to personally design a website, firstly you have the knowledge of web designing. you learn the web designing course , to make own personal website.

No.. but you can design (sorta) a website for free at http://freewebs.com. You can sort of personally design it.. but not like other websites. sorry
