Why hasn't Webkinz been working?

My little sister plays Webkinz and there are errors on the page when she enters the site. The part that says LOG IN is blocked for some reason so she can’t log on. So, we tried going on the parents area which has another way of logging on and that disappeared too. We tried everything on the website and there is no other way to get on her webkinz. It’s been like this for about a week now and has never happened before. I have a brand new computer with great internet connection and recently installed the newst version of Adobe. Is there any way to fix the error so she cant start playing again?

Answer #1

I think you should go on googl and say my webkinz is not working.mine says swf so I went on googl and wrote on webkinz it is saying swf because me and my sisters have one it bine doing it for about a year now

Answer #2

I checked, and the computer at my dad’s house is fine when we go to the website. My other computer is too but you have to go to the parent’s area to log on than normally just getting on on the home page. So, there has to be something wrong with mine.

I created an account for my kid, and the new account didn’t have java installed. With Internet Explorer 6, no login showed up, with IE7, the login badge showed up but was blank. Installed java from java.com & all is well.

Answer #5

sounds like the problem is on their end. Give up for a while. Clean out your history on computor too. It slows you down and sometimes screws up the pages.

Answer #6

Maybe you should type a letter of complaint to webkinz stating that your webkinz is not working, my little brother has a webkinz and it isnt working either.

Answer #7

sounds like maybe you need to allow cookies for that site on your internet browser.

if it’s a brand-new computer and the security settings are set high on your internet browser, sometimes it won’t allow “cookies” from the site to be placed on your computer. cookies are a small text file that allows the site to recognize your computer.

a lot of login-type problems can be traced back to cookies not being allowed. for instance, if you try to purchase something online, press “add to cart”, and it doesn’t show up in your cart, then that’s a cookie problem.

I leave my security high and then manually allow cookies from certain sites that require them for login.
