How can I make wearing heels less painful?

I already use inserts but are there additional things I could do?

Answer #1

Inserts are the best to make your heels less painful. But later on you will also get adjusted with little pain and this is not a major problem. Here we get silicon inserts which really helps a lot as it also worked for me when i had got this problem

Answer #2

One thing i’ll say is MAKE SURE they fit you right, i’ve had heals that were just a bit off and it was hell wearing them. When you have a heal that fits perfectly it wont be nearly as uncomfortable.

Answer #7

what i do is put bandaids in the spot wear the skin is irritated (back of the heel, sides of my feet) so it wont rub against my skin and give me blisters or anything. also those socks that are meant for ‘flats’ work well for that. And if you wear pantyhosse it helps prevent blisters because blisters are just the top layer of skin pulling up from the rest (creating membrane liquid between the layers…thats why its wet inside a blister) but pantyhose would act as that first layer of skin. also ill-fitting shoes of any kind create bunions so honestly i dont advise you to wear any that give you any type of pain.
