How do you wear a tweed blazer for teenage girls?

for sure a white top but it does not have to be a button down it could be a ruffle top or a deep scoop neck. for the bottom half i would wear either skinny jeans or denim shorts, if it is too cold for just shorts then wear stockings/leggings

You could fold the sleeves. Creme color shirt or a natural pink. Dark washed skinny jeans. And neutral color shoes.

I suggest it with any pale or neutral colored flowy top, possibly that’s longer than the jacket. Definitely jeans for a casual look. For a more fun/playful look, try pairing with high wasted shorts and some colorful stocking with fun designs. For shoes, go with with flats or converse for either look.
