Wear to Oceana??

Im going to Oceana, Im not old enough so have never been before but managed to get my mits on some ID

But yeah, I’ve got shiny shoe boot things that are comfy but still slightly heeled, was planning to wear those with a dress I’ve seen in new look, its very short, but high(ish) necked :s and the sleeves are long but just see-through lace and the body is black with lace over the top, sound ok? if youve got any other ideas of what youd wear, or facebook links to pictures would be greattt

its not fake, its just not mine, il learn the address and write it down for my mum at home so if they call her she can verify for meee
