How to wear a bandage skirt without looking slutty?

I have a black above the knee bandage skirt that i want to wear to school, but what can i pair it with to not look like a skank? I have a fairly decent body shape and my measurements are 34-23.5-34…is there anything that i could pull off?

Wear it to a rave club where you will blend in. That or wear leggings underneath.

Oh okay, for a summer thing… Personally Wear a button up shirt, or a vest. If its black, contrast it with a white shirt and black vest. I know it will come off overly dressy, espeically if you add teal or pink beads and matching shoes. Flats will give it more of a “doll” look, where as heels gives it a sophisicated look. It is possible. Google some images to get an idea. They are cute
