What are some ways I can cut down the time on blow drying my hair?

It usually takes me about 15-20 mins to fully dry my hair =/

Answer #1

Towel drying, or soaking up most of the water using a paper towel before blow drying should cut down a lot of time, if you don’t already do that. If you can get it to where it’s just “damp” and not “soaked” it shouldn’t take long to dry at all.

Just be sure to gently squeeze your hair in the towel, letting the water absorb into the towel… not scrub, as that can cause damage to your hair.

Wrapping your hair in a towel after you get out of the shower and leaving it on atleast 5-10 minutes helps soak up alot of the water from the shower and help the drying process. You can also take the towel off and let your hair “air dry” for a few minutes prior to drying it while your doing your makeup, eating breakfast, etc and it will be alot quicker to dry. Using products in your hair while its wet slows down the drying process so try to not use them or use them in moderation. Drying your hair with a round barrel type brush also helps your hair dry faster while your blow drying it.
