ok I know water helps but I wanna know why, arnt we like 2/3’s water so wouldnt drinking more water add weight?

Actually we are 60% water and out brains are 80% water.

Water has tons of minerals and good things in it whereas things like fizzy juices have bad things for us.

How do you know it helps a lot? research hasnt been conclusive in this either way… but there are theories… it may speed up metabolism, it may give you a feeling of “fullness” so that you dont eat as much, since it doesnt have calories, it takes place of other things that do… etc… but there isnt conclusive evidence of this… any how, the body will only retain so much water… if you drink excess you simply go to the bathroom more… which means no weight gain anyhow…
