When watching a movie you've never seen do you prefer to read the back of the box?

I tend to read the back of the box ^_^ I get too curious if I have no idea what’s going on and can’t focus on the movie itself otherwise.

I like to read the back, to get an idea of where the movie is going. I dont really judge it by the blurb, unless its about something I know I hae zero interest in. Like American football or something!

Yep i always read the back, for all you know you could be watching some cheesy, horrible canadian horror movie from the 70s

Yeah like everyone else i also read the back of the box.! I wanna see if the movie is gonna catch my interest. If it doesn’t i don’t watch it..I always do that.! :)

Reading the back of the box helps me decide whether or not I want to watch it or not. The title and front of the box catch my eye, and get me interested…and the back of the box determines whether I actually want to watch it.

Sometimes, a movie’s title and the front of the box catch my eye, and get me interested…it looks like a good movie that I would enjoy…but then when I read the back of the box, it turns out that the movie was nothing like I thought it would be. Other times, I read the back of the box, and it makes me even more interested.

Before watching a movie, I check the rating i Leonard Maltin’s Movie Guide to see if it’s worth watching. I also like to read what’s on the box so I’ll get some idea of what the movie contains. I didn’t do this with the movie we just watched to-nite as it was part of a series we get every month with a book that contains much detail of each movie that is sent. So to-nite, I read the book instead and then watched the movie.

I don’t read the back, I don’t know why, but I love to be surprised

sometimes…. but most of the time ill read a review before i watch a film.

I do just because when I read something it’s like a little prewiew and I see if it intrest me. If it does not then best thing to do is not watch it.
