What more can I do

I went to the doctor a month ago and got treated for a overian cyst,uti and a yeast infection.everything cleared up but then a mucus discharge started it has no oder.after my period it was yellow now its clear most times…and it itches a little..what can I do..one more thing I took fertility pills about two months before going to the doctor and a week later birth control..now the pain in the lower part of my abdonom is back
