was this a good invention ?

we had something called the “ christopher columbus awards “ at my school where we invented something that could help people in everyday life , I was twisting my braclet and the teacher was talking about fires , and then I got an idea , I thought I could create a wristband for people that are deaf , and if theirs a house fire , and the smoke sets off the fire alarm , it would trigger the braclet , ( like it would flash or blink ) and they could escape in time , what do you think ?

wow, that is an awesome idea. I think you could market that. even vibrate (maybe for the blind) like roxy said.

yeah and you could have it fibrate if it was going off and they were asleep. good idea.
