Can you still walk if you have a broken leg that's not in a cast?

Answer #1

I had to look it up to double check, and apparently it’s still possible to support your weight when your bone is broken. I don’t know if I believe that, though, because I’ve actually had a broken leg. Let me tell you, I tried to stand up when I broke it and collapsed to the ground bawling, and my dad had to carry me into the house. I definitely could not put any pressure on my broken leg, it hurt like hell. After some healing I could, though, as long as I had a walker or crutches.

Cud u but it will hurt awful bad

Answer #3

Yes you can, its actually been said to make it heal faster but it is extremley uncomfortable and hurts like hell. Its best to let it heal on its own though instead of trying to force it. So yes it is most definitley possible but isnt something you should do as it hurts badly and is uncomfortable.

Answer #4

Yes you can. I broke my knee skiing haha, I was still able to walk down the hill a bit even though it was excruciating.

Answer #5
