Voyager picture problems!

The best thing to do is call your phone provider to find out, maybe you have to download something, I’m not completely sure.

I have the voyager too and I have the insurance on mine (I don’t know if you do) so if there is a problem I can get a new one. but I have the memory card for my phone too. and now this is the second phone I went through and like all my pictures disappear and my phone gets slow. so I just turn it off and then back on or I take my memory card out and put it back in and the pics appear again. I don’t know exactly whats wrong with yours or what you have with your phone. but if I was you I would go to the verizon store and ask whats wrong. hope I helped

I’m on my second Voyager now, also. Both of mine have done this. It works most of the time if you turn it off and then back on, but not all the time, because mine won’t work no matter how many times I turn it off and on. I don’t think it’s a problem with your phone, and you defiently don’t need a new one, nor do you need to download anything to get the pictures you take. I think you should get an SD Card, and see if that helps any. That’s what I’m going to do, and I think it’ll probably work.

im having the same problem with my phone. and sometimes it does not even let me capture my image. it will simply just say failed. its really irritating and makes me pretty mad that I spent this kind of money on a phone to not work right. im just taking my phone back. you could try some alcohol on a q-tip and trying to clean the sd card or the import slod of where the card goes. hope this advice works.
