What are things I need to know before visiting Puerto Rico?

Im going to Puerto Rico this spring break.. and ive never ever been there so its my first time. ive visited spanish countries before.. but certain things might be different.. so tell me things i have to look out for.. what stuff i should bring..how are the people there…what are som great places to visit ..etc etc. anything! and spanish language is not a probb so dont tell me dat haha

Have cool clothes, I would think that it is HOT over there. People are going to be how they are going to be, so it depends on who you meet, so ask around, be nice and the rest is on them. Bring sunscreen, and stuff to swin in, and all that. I don’t really know what places, because I have not been there, but you can grab a tourist guide and visit some places there that they offer, and also don’t be afraid to ask around and get recondations from people who live there.

here a few details.

  1. Weather - Do not forget the highest SPF waterproof sun block. This is the MOST important thing you will need in Puerto Rico.

  2. If you are staying in San Juan than you need to go at least 35 - 40 miles for snorkeling, kayaking and trekking. Keep extra pair of clothes and food in your car. In case, you have booked for the activities then remember people here are not as strict as here in USA. They would wait for you so even if you reach 20-30 minutes late, they aren’t going to cancel your activity altogether Hope I helped.
