Virus/Spyware Question

I have tried everything possible to my knowledge to get rid of this virus. But have had no good outcome, the virus changes the time and also blocks my windows security. Please anyone with more knowledge about viruses then me please help me defend and delete it.

If you’ve tried removing it with your anti-virus software and anti-malware with no luck, then you might have to do a system recovery.

Make sure you backup any important files on disc before you do the recovery because it will restore your computer to factory default settings.

download the anti virus software from the internet. scan the computer with full scan . delete all the threads from the computer. run the clean up wizard to clean up the computer. delete the temp, prefetch files from the computer. you can also scan the computer from the Trojan remover or antimalwarebytes., antispywares . it also protects the computer from the Trojans , spy wares and malware bytes.
