Virginity, but scared he'll be charged

So ima virgin and im 17, My fiance is 18..

And I want to have sex, But im afraid of him being charged with stagitory rape..

It was be stagetory rape.. the age of consent in Ontario is 15 I believe.. which means a 15 year old can have sex with an 18 year old as long as its consensual. so I doubt there would be a problem with you having sex with an 18 years old since you’re 17.

well we have been together since I was 15, and I want to wait, but sometimes I just think the same way, were already engaged so whats the problem with just going ahead?

im really trying, just sometimes the temptation gets too much

Unless someone finds out that you had sex and charges them, they won’t be. Plus if they’re your fiance like you say, it is most definitely not rape. If you feel you’re ready then it’s no crime. But I would suggest you wait as long as possible.

its different per state your gunna have to look it up in your state… the basic rule is that its 3 years… so 18 and 15 is ok 19 and 16… and 20 and 17… then 18 and 102 lol im pretty sure you will be fine but look it up for your state just in case some states is 17 is the age of consent, and if you dont have anyone to report you whose gonna know? im pretty sure either way you will be fine
