It’s not really controlling the weather. They throw silver-iodine powder into the clouds with airplanes, which causes rain.

They still cannot make rain if no clouds are present. So in a drought they cannot make more rain.

Well in a way it is controlling the weather. I know they can’t do it all the time but it’s still pretty cool!

A place in the UK can also control the weather by moving clouds away from where they are. Yes I think it is pretty cool, but you don’t want to have sunshine all the time do you?! Would get a bit boring

Many countries have the ability to temporarily change the weather. The Chinese did it during the Olympics they hosted. I totally disagree with it, I believe when we mess with the weather and Mother Nature we’ll end up with far worse weather in the end. Don’t mess with Mother Nature!

Man, don’t listen to anyone who says the government can’t control the weather. I’ve done countless research on everything to do with government and the buildaberg group. It’s not just the Chinese government man, and they don’t just control the rain… they can control basically whatever they want, including all of our lives wether we like it or not.
