Ok, I downloaded a video from limewire and I wanted to put it on my ipod but when I brought it into itunes it said I had to convert it to fit my ipod, so I did..and now when it is on my ipod, it has no sound...anyone know why?
Help!
Try other iPod converter, because iTunes cannot convert muxed video (muxed video means the audio and video are on the same track). Muxed video converted by iTunes will lose sound. You can learn more about the problem from apple official document http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302588 Try Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite. I think it can help you. Here is the guide page: http://www.aimersoft.com/tutorial/ipod-video-converter.html Hope it helps.
Make sure you have all the codecs on your computer =). I too had this problem and installing K-Lite codec pack located here;
http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=4376&s=95
Install this then watch your movie. If you still have no sound then the file is corrupt. I hope I have helped. =)
some videos from limewire just have no sound, if you make sure you get a legal copy, then it'll definitely work the right way.
