I’m a Marine on Camp Pendleton, Ca. and I’am very attracted to a female Marine here, I asked her out to dinner but she turned me down, should or can I ask her again without scaring her?

Yes Im sure you can, it depends for what reason she said no, if she had prior engagements then yes for sure ask her, but if she really doesnt like you or is scared of going into a relationship then I suggest you ask something less formal… like lunch:) or coffee, even if she just wouldnt like to join you for a evening walk or something.
