it means i wouldent eat ya

you should probibley go to a docter and get checked out or go to google and type in std and find the one that matches yours but then again if you got kicked there that could account for the swelling and if its cold out that could account for the bumps so you dont have much to worry about

The white bumps could be a symptom of acne, a vaginal infection, etc. If these bumps are occurring frequently and do not go away on their own, you should make an appointment with a health care provider for an evaluation.

It is normal for the vagina to become more acidic with the onset of puberty. This acidity is the result of normal bacteria living in the vaginal environment. The acidity is necessary for the natural maturation of vaginal tissue and is a good sign that your body is developing normally. It is probably what is causing the “vinegar” smell you have become aware of, and you might notice it most the week before your period starts. Usually feminine odor is mild and not noticeable to anyone else, so it’s nothing to be concerned about. There are some things that can cause strong odors that signal a problem that needs attention. If a “foreign body” such as a piece of toilet tissue or a tampon gets left in the vagina it can become infected and cause a very bad smell. Certain vaginal infections have distinctive odors also (yeast infections smell “yeasty,” and Bacterial Vaginosis smells “fishy”). If you have been having sexual contact, then it’s always wise to see your health professional for regular check-ups and if you notice any changes in your genital area.

Otherwise, what you describe sounds pretty normal. Pay attention to good hygiene, avoid perfumes and sprays that can irritate delicate vaginal tissue.

Get to your doctor or a health clinic for a test, its the only way to find out if you have an infection. If you haven’t had unprotected sex then it won’t be an STD.
