how do i get the vaginal discharge to stop from every hour to hour every single day?

u cant stop discharge. i have a lot of discharge and im 13 and havent started my period yet. my momma told me to start wearing light days. that works because my panties dont have discharge stains on them anymore!

If it’s all natural you really can’t it’s part of being a woman. Some women secrete more than others. If it’s unusual and chunky with itching and a foul oder you may have an infection. But if it’s normal secretions with dampness or wetness in your underwear, generally clear with no itching or other discomfort then that’s the way it is.

If that’s the case as mentioned, use thin panty liners, and change your underwear often.

Otherwise all you can do is live with it and try your best to deal with it.
