Is there any way you could get back your files after you formatted?

this is why u cant love technology!!! God!! This is nuts!! I had a year load of hardwork in that!!

YES. STOP. You MAY be able to get some or most back, but - big but - it depends on exactly how you re-formatted it, and how much you use the computer. Every time the hard drive is written to, it will overwrite more of your old data. There are programs that will help you recover data, and I think some limited programs are even free. Professional data recovery services are EXPENSIVE!!! More than a new computer. Best thing to do is use a friend’s computer (or another computer that you have access to) until you have a chance to check out your options. I know that some recovery is possible. sure! But one thing you should pay attention, DO NOT write to the place where the lost files were sotred before. You can try uflysoft studio’s products, data recovery for mac/windows.
