How do you upload a video from your camera to FunAdvice?

I have a mac but I tried everything it said. Help please. I really want to upload my video

I only have internet on my cell phone and on a social site I have an address to send pics to from my phone that uploads it to...

how do i install a video on here? i recored it on my camra and put it on my computer wut do i do then?
