How to uninstall my mouse?

My mouse is having a problem. I am using Window 7 so its install by it self. So how do uninstall my mouse so all of my settings goes back to normal.

right click computer - device manager [which is on the left hand side] - [look for] mice and other pointing devices - double left click - uninstall.

or just go to run and type, without the quotes ‘devmgmt.msc’

done.
