Why am I still losing weight?

Okay, I’m thirteen years old, and 5’11, and I weigh 131 pounds. Over the Summer..I lost like 50 pounds in about two or three months. D= At first that was a good thing, because I was pretty big, about 190 pounds, but I’m still losing weight, and not trying. Do you think I have this disease where you have to stuff yourself so I don’t become overweight? I’m trying to gain a pound to see if I gain weight as fast as I lose it. By the way if this helps I like Special K foods of all types, and LeanCuisunies. (sp?) I don’t know if I’m eating enough or not, and I’ve pretty much given up exercise for awhile. Any help? I’m losing like a pound a day or more, and I’m still a child!

Wow, that’s a lot of weight in soo little time I truely hope you keep it of.

But remember you need the proper vitamins and nutrients daily. Also at least 2000 calories to maintain your weight and 1000 to lose it may vary depending on height. You are also young and exercising so it’s extremely important you get the appropriate intake.

You can take these products along with a healthy meal and gain weight “if” that is what you choose. But depends how you use it you can lose weight so you need to follow the appropriate plan. Need to contact me for more info.

Can I ask how you lost so much weight in so little time? I mean, its not little time, but for a lot of people it takes 4 to 5 months to drop that much. So congrats to you. But how did you do it?

Weight loss - unintentional

Definition:

Unintentional weight loss is a decrease in body weight that is not voluntary.

Weight loss will occur with decreased food intake, increased metabolism, or both.

This maybe a possiblity to what your going through but the first thing I would do is infrom a doctor!

umm..by a lot of ways. I stopped drinking Soda, and drank Skim Milk or Orange Juice. After the first day or two it was pretty easy to stop drinking pop..I eat Lean Cuisuines and Special K products, and instead of eating my Full Daily amount of Calories, I’d take away like 500-700. And I simply exercised. Now I’m a pound or two underweight.
