Answer #5

To stick to something, be close, attatched.

In the relationship sense people seem to use it more to say a person is too dependent. They don’t give the other person any breathing room, privacy, space.

Answer #6

Hi, If someone said it to you, it means that you constantly hang around the person to a point where your attention can be almost suffocating for the person concerned.

It is often done due to lack of self confidence or lack of self esteem.

Sometimes a guy can break up with a girl and give the reason as ‘ She was too clingy’.

Answer #7

Very attachy.

Answer #8

clingy is when you are on the person calling them all the time … wondering where they are when the guy is out with his frnds “chilling” your calling… this is really common amongst teens guys would rather not be bothered by their girlfriend around their friends or when you wanna hold hands all the time … asking the guys friends where he is. play cool dont give him to much attention and make it seem like you aren’t dying to be in his company guys dont love it when a girl is easy to get ( easy to score) its a ideaolgy pretty stupid I know … lol but if you like som1 somtimes its hard to be clingy but at least you know how intrested the person is play cool act like it doesnt bother u ( it probably does)there is lots of fish in the sea…I been through it too .
