Extra virgin olive oil is the best to use. Microwave it for 20 seconds then massage into your dry hair (put an old towel around your shoulders).

Then cover your hair with a plastic cap and relax for 30 minutes.

Use a mild shampoo and just a little conditioner if your hair tangles easily when wet.

Do this once a week at first - then twice a month minimum, and your hair will be shinier, more manageable and generally healthier.

Julie I got my hair cut yesterday and no more split ends, u think i should still use 1 time per week in the begining?

Do u know any hair masks (natural hand made products or hav u ever hear or marocco oil?

I’d say that as your hair is in tip-top condition right now just use this treatment once a month. It depends on your hair type and environmental conditions - if you have dry hair and are in the hot sun a lot, then maybe twice a month …
